Born February 21, 1981 (Jamaican-American Heritage), Dr. Finch serves as Neuroshare's primary neurologist, overseeing research in neural interfaces and cognitive disorders. With four years at the company, he also directs our journalism division. At 24 years of age, he brings fresh perspectives as a board-certified medical professional
Currently leading the NANCY project, Dr. Finch applies his expertise in autism to advance psychological support systems. His ongoing contributions are expected to shape the field fro years to come.

Tokimi Rasch was a key contributor to Neuroshare's technology department, specializing in systems integration. She led the core development of the NANCY project, applying her skills in software engineering to pioneer adaptive algorithms.
Widely respected for her dedication and innovation, Ms. Rasch advanced our mission in neuroscience and psychological applications until her passing. Her legacy endures in our ongoing research.
